Design Contest Guidelines
|
AsukaBook products can be used for weddings, landscape, portraits, fine arts, guest books, directories, life stories, proof books, special events and more. How will you use your AsukaBook?

Design
Design your album for any purpose and as creatively as possible Have fun with it!
• Design a book of your photographic images that meet the specifications of any sized AsukaBook.
• There will be one Grand Prize Winner and three Best in Category winners, one for each category.
All entries will be judged under the following categories:
• AsukaBook - Wedding
• AsukaBook - Portrait
• AsukaBook - Fine Art / Commercial / Other

Enter
Submit as many entries as you want; your imagination is the limit!
• User may enter as many books as they wish in the contest.
• Entry can not be a design which has previously won an award or contest.
• Before submitting an order/entry, please review and proof all PDF files. Be aware that AsukaBook will faithfully reproduce your design. For this reason, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that your order/entry is free of typographical errors, graphical errors and/or poor image quality.
• Employees, and their families, of AsukaBook USA, Adobe, Eventpix, Rangefinder Magazine and WPPI, Kubota Image Tools, Lensbaby, Tamrac, Simply Canvas, and Page Gallery Yervant are not eligible.

Relax
While you do that, here are the Judges:

Winners will be notified via E-Mail in September, 2009.

Rules
• Must be a registered AsukaBook USA User and a US resident to enter the contest.
• All USA orders received between June 1, 2009 and August 15, 2009, Noon PST will be automatically entered unless explicitly requested otherwise by notifiying AsukaBook USA staff in writing at the time of order submission.
• Orders which include files submitted through our web site are not deemed received until all constituent files have fully transferred, and subsequent confirmation email has been sent by AsukaBook.
• AsukaBook assumes no responsibility for submissions of corrupt files whether submitted online or by mail. Files must be received in the proper format as stated on our web site.
• AsukaBook assumes no responsibility for entries not received due to technical difficulties or postal delays.
• Any entry containing illegal and/or immoral content, or if the subject may be offensive to the public, will not be considered.
• All online/mail entries must be received at the AsukaBook USA office no later than August 15, 2009, Noon PST to be considered.
• Winners must provide layered Photoshop files (psd) upon request.
• Entrant must agree and give permission to AsukaBook USA, Asukanet, and their representatives to use the entry files in any and all marketing materials, including but not limited to web site, advertisements, display books, user guides, and other printed materials.
• Entrant confirms that they hold copyrights to all images contained within the book and will not hold AsukaBook USA, Asukanet, and their representatives liable for any copyright infringement.
• No purchase necessary.
• Void where prohibited.
