| How long does it take to print an ASUKABOOK? |
|
We are processing orders within approximately 4 weeks of receipt of files. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination location. You may request a production Rush for an additional $40.00 to receive orders within approximately 3 weeks of receipt of files.

| Can I upload the book layout through the Internet? |
|
Yes, we recommend this method over mailing a CD or DVD. You can upload up to three PDF files at once. The upload time will vary depending on your Internet connection speed, the number of pages in your book, and the size of your file. A typical upload can take anywhere from 4 - 6 hours. The status bar on the upload page will give the progress of your upload. If your upload was stopped or interrupted, it can be resumed from your AsukaBook home page once you are logged in.

What if my Internet connection is very slow?

If your Internet connection is slow, the upload process will take several hours to complete. You can also submit your order by burning your PDF files onto a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM and send through the mail.

| How long does it take to upload a file through the Internet? |

The upload time will vary depending on your Internet connection speed, Internet traffic and file size. This process may take up to 4 - 6 hours to complete.

| Can I order an ASUKABOOK by sending single digital images or film to you? |
Currently, we only accept your completed PDF that File Checker has created. However, our partner company, Red Boot Design, can assist you with designing your AsukaBook using digital images. |
How many AsukaBooks can I order at one time?

You can order just one copy or thousands from the same file.
|
Can I place more than one ASUKABOOK order at the same time?
|
|
Yes. You can upload up to three (3) files per order.
|
Can I make changes after placing orders?
|
|
Carefully review all of the pages before submitting your order. Once your files have been reviewed and forwarded
to the production center, they cannot be changed and production of you book cannot be stopped.

Can I cancel my order at any time?
|
|
No. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
|
| Can I order extra book jackets or slip cases for my book? |
You may order duplicate copies of these items. The book jackets (EX) cost $30.00 each and must be ordered within 90 days of the original order date.
Additional frosted slip cases cost $5 each and EX cases cost $25 each. These can be ordered at any time. |
Can you provide a discount on additional copies of previously submitted files?
|
Your order is kept for 90 days from the date it is sent to production (order has been verified). You may receive the additional copy price on a re-print, if the re-print request is made within the 90 day period.

How will you ship my AsukaBook Order?

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Payment in full must be received before orders can be processed.
