Send the PDF file by internet

Go to the Place Order tab to login. You will need to enter your Login ID and Password.
Send the PDF file by mail
If you prefer, you can burn the PDF file on CD or data DVD and send it by mail. Please see your computer documentation for instructions on burning a CD or data DVD.

Please download Order by Mail form (Acrobat Reader required) and write the following information on the CD or DVD:

  • Studio Name
  • Promotional Code if available
  • Number of PDF files included

You can send as many PDF files as you want! This is a good option when you have more than 3 book orders to submit.

Order Verification
Files sent via Internet:
  • "Upload Confirmation" e-mail:
    You will receive an 8-digit upload confirmation number within 24 hours of file upload completion.

    Your order will now be verified before sent into production.
  • "Order Verification" e-mail:
    You will receive a 17-digit order number within 2 business days. Keep this number for your records.

    Your order has now been sent into production.

Files mailed on CD or DVD:

  • "Order Verification" e-mail:
    You will receive a 17-digit order number within 2 business days after receipt of your CD or DVD.
    Keep this number for your records

    Your order has now been sent into production.
Additional Information
Turnaround Time: You will receive your ASUKABOOK in approximately 4 weeks. This time frame may vary based on your shipping location.

Shipping: All packages are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). Your shipping fee is calculated from Oregon, and is based on the weight of your order. UPS will send you an automated e-mail with your shipment details and tracking number. UPS will deliver package without a recipient's signature. If you would like this service, please contact your local UPS driver.

Handling: A handling fee of $7.50 per order is also applied.

*Note: Files uploaded at different times of the day will incur separate shipping and handling charges, as these fees are calculated at the time of upload. We may, however, ship your books in one box if they are received at our distribution center on the same day.
