Wondering how quickly you'll get your book back?
Orders for AsukaBook products are usually processed within 2 business days. Once an AsukaBook book order has been approved and sent into production, standard orders will be shipped from our office in approximately 3 weeks. Shipping time to you will be added to that 3 weeks.
Need a book faster than that?
You have the option to pay an additional RUSH fee of $40 per order. RUSH orders will be shipped from our office in approximately 10 business days of the approval date. Shipping time to you will be added to that. Shipping time to you will be added to that 10 business days.
How does shipping method affect turnaround time?
You choose your shipping method when placing your order so the speed is in your hands! Shipping fee is based on weight, distance and how quickly you need it. The cost will be displayed for each option and added to your total once selected. All packages are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified.
What can hold an order up?
Several things! Layout concerns can cause an order to be delayed. We contact you if we see concerns and your order is placed on hold until we are able to go over those concerns with you. Please review our Design Tips to learn how to avoid common order delays.
International customers will need to select “Other” as their shipping method as our shipping department will manually calculate that cost and add it to your order. Once that's done, we will send you an email letting you know the shipping charge is ready to be paid.

Holiday Deadline
Keep in mind that our office is closed from December 25th through January 3rd to allow our staff to spend time with their families. If you have a bridal show at the beginning of January, please adhere to the holiday deadlines to ensure that you'll have your book in time.
