Steve Chesler
Chesler Photography
Who says good guys don't win? They absolutely do - Steve Chesler is proof!
He attributes his success to his desire to be the best without knocking anyone else down. Integrity and quality - that's Steve's motto.
Steve has a passion for life and people. During every photo event, his desire is to treat each person like they matter as an individual.
He truly enjoys people and giving them a new, creative experience. You know, "100% of the shots you don't take don't go in the net," Wayne Gretzky.
"Trash the Dress" is just one example of the out-of-the-ordinary sessions he does... artistic, creative, daring, contrast, beauty amongst debris...
His goal is to do more international and destination weddings. With his determination and virtuous character, we're sure he will do just that!

Dror Eyal
Dror Eyal Photography
Photographer?... story teller?... Artist? Well, all of the above!
Inspired by the stories told by his father's travel photos, and the grainy black & whites of the '70's musicians; Dror continues to capture the excitement and tension of each event with every snap of the camera.
Dror photographs the emotion and the moments telling a story of the day; he also shoots the kind of fun and cool images that could find their way on gallery walls.
True to his beginnings, Dror believes "all brides should be photographed like a rockstar - if possible, backstage."
Dror is adamant about giving each wedding a unique flavor from consultation to finished album. That is why he "continues to use AsukaBook to deliver his clients unique stories in a format that is clean, modern, and light." He makes sure every couple walks away with the best product and best display of the story of a day in their lives.

Joe and JP Elario
Joe Elario Photography
Albany, NY
This father and son team give life and energy to each other and their work. They have to with 50 weddings and 30-50 other events a year.
The father, Joe, was the inspiration for his son, JP; and JP brought fresh new ideas to the studio. (JP started shooting when he was 11; he's an inspiration to his father too!!)
Even before it was the thing to do, the Elarios where creating photo-journalistic wedding images. No wonder New York brides and grooms seek them out.
\With 36 years of experience between them, they know a good thing when they see it. So when they became aware of AsukaBook through RangeFinder magazine and WPPI 2006, they "pretty much offer AsukaBook exclusively." You will see AsukaBook's presence when you visit their website "We found AsukaBook to be of the highest quality, and so do our clients."

Doug Loneman
Loneman Photography
Bozeman, MT
Doug Loneman has a way of looking at a scene and capturing the true feelings that a moment is creating. There was a natural and very real look to his portraits when he began his career as a photojournalist, so a portrait studio was a natural move.
"As a I kid I loved the photographs in National Geographic and Life magazine. I always thought there couldn't be a better way to make a living than to take photos of people. As an adult I have come to value photos for their ability to hold a moment forever and take you back to that moment"
Loneman Photography uses AsukaBooks as an option for wedding albums. "Our wedding clients love the 10x10 books for themselves, and they really like making 7x7 copies for their parents."

Carla Ten Eyck
Carla Ten Eyck Photography
Hartford, CT
Just one look at Carla's website and blog and you can see how much she loves weddings, though she admits one of her favorite parts is the engagement shoot. "I like to turn it into a photo safari where we combine a bunch of things that the couple is into, whether it's a place or something special to them that they enjoy doing together."
Having grown up in an artistic family, photography was a natural path for Carla to follow at an early age. "Shooting so much and being constantly nurtured and supported by my family just made it a no-brainer for me"
Carlas most commonly uses the stitch bound AsuakBooks for engagment sign in books for her weddings. "I love the portrait orientation to change things up, design-wise and the quality is unbelievable. Plus the bride & groom love having tangible validation of how awesome their photographer is- all the guests see it as they sign in and just rave about it!"

Heather Bookout
Heather Bookout Photography
Huntsville, Alabalma
Heather Bookout began her career in photography almost 6 years ago during a trying time for her family. She and her husband were having difficulties conceiving a child of their own, and having a soft spot in her heart for babies and children, she decided to begin photographing them. "I was at a point of desperation and just had to do something that was good". Luckily for her clients, Heather has a great talent for photographing kids. And luckily for Heather and her family, a year and a half after starting her business, they were blessed with a beautiful baby girl.
"We LOVE AsukaBooks. We offer three different baby plans that all come with AsukaBooks. Two of them come with a 10x10 book at the end of the plan showcasing some of their favorite images and three 5x5 books (one for each session on the plan). And are least expensive plan comes with just the three books. Our clients love these books and many times it is the deciding factor that makes them want to come to us. We have had prospects in tears looking at our samples imagining their own children in a book of their own. We design our own custom templates that are cute to more of a fine art look. Another nice factor is that they can put our studio name on the spine of the book. We tell our clients that their book will look like they went to Barnes and Noble to pick up baby image book and it just happens to be images of their own baby. We just love them!!"

Custom AsukaBooks give me the opportunity to offer my clients an elegant way to preserve their family legacy in a storybook form that will be passed on for many generations. Walls fill up with photographs. Some stay up, most are changed often. An AsukaBook will find its place proudly displayed atop a family coffee table or in the family bookcase forever.h

Eugene Kam
Eugene Kam Photography
Honolulu, HI
Eugene Kam Photography has been in business 25 years. Eugene primarily shoots weddings, averaging 130 a year. Being a photographer gives him the opportunity to take something that's ordinary and turn it into something beautiful.
Eugene Kam Photography sells AsukaBooks to their wedding clients as a replica of their bridal album for their parents. gAsuka has given me one more opportunity to reuse my digital album files. I don't have to send the files to the lab for printing and then send out to the album company to be bound. I can just resize my files and upload straight to Asuka. And in just a few weeks, I receive my beautiful books ready for my clients. Using the file check insures me of no mistakes. My clients and I are really impressed with the quality of the printing.h

MJ Wilson and Kevin Shawn
Tampa Photo
Brandon, Florida
MJ Wilson and Kevin Shawn Wilson have been in business for over 20 years, and photograph 50 - 55 weddings per year. Influenced by her father's passion for photography and love for NIKON products, MJ has been photographing since she was a child and began shooting professionaly at age 17. She has always said that "people" were her specialty.
Tampa Photo began to offer custom-designed coffee table books to their wedding clientele three years ago, increasing their business 400% in one year! Although their custom album design service has been very profitable, they never sold additional copies until AsukaBook came along. Now they can offer their clients a beautiful copy of their larger albums at an incredible price.
gEver since seeing Asuka at WPPI 2005, we've been using the stitch bound albums as smaller copies of our Bride's 10x10 albums. These copies are either for the brides or for their parents. We've also just started using designed AsukaBooks as Guest Sign-In Books. People LOVE them!h
