- Result Details: Only PDF files generated by AsukaBook Maker or File Checker are accepted.
Solution: Make sure that you have exported the Order File from AsukaBook Maker or have used the File Checker app. PDF files generated by other applications will not be accepted and result in error.

Solution: You must generate an AsukeBook Maker Order File which includes your Activation Code/User ID assigend after registration ( 9aXXXXXX ). Your Activation Code/User ID can be found on your AsukaBook account Home Page.
A compatible product cannot be found
- Result Details: A compatible product cannot be found.
Solution: Make sure that there are no missing files and that file names have not been changed. If necessary, download a new set of templates for the specific product size and number of sides to verify the file names and the number of files required.
